HOA Web Communication

Published: 2017

Essex has an enhanced function that affects how homeowners communicate with us through your community website. Homeowners are able to log on to the website, click ‘contact us’ and submit a web submission with their questions, concerns, or feedback. For every topic that is submitted, we have an Essex team member who is responding in a timely manner to the homeowner regardless of the request.

This enhancement also allows Essex to track communications and ensure homeowners are responded to in a timely manner. We are able to measure our customer service levels as well as run reports on your community to determine major concerns in need of immediate attention. The new enhancements also allow us to address more common recurring requests that can help us implement even better and faster service and response times in the future. Our goal is to continually improve your communication experience!

We look forward to building a lasting relationship with homeowners in your community and providing a quality customer service experience.Essex Association Management L.P. Managing Agent

  • Swimming Pool Rules

    Published: June 05, 2017

The reason for this notice is to update you on operations of the pool and a reminder of the rules of use. All persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 year of age. There have been instances recently, both observed and reported of unacceptable behavior such as smoking, roughhousing, and use of profane language. The attendants in the clubhouse monitor activity at the pool. When unacceptable behavior is observed or reported, they will request the behavior to stop. Attendants may ask for the resident’s pool card if unacceptable behavior persists and the card(s) will be de-activated. To receive the pool access card back, minors will need their parent to come in and sign a release acknowledging their violation. If there are additional infractions access may be suspended indefinitely. After hour access to the pool is considered criminal trespassing and strictly prohibited. The Fate Police Department has been notified of recent after hours activity. They have increased their patrol after the pool is closed and may cite people in the area for trespassing.

Changes to Banking Services

Published: June 22, 2016

Association Capital Bank is no longer providing banking services for Homeowner Associations

Effective June 21, 2016, Essex Association Management, L.P. is switching banks. All Association Capital Bank accounts will be switched to Mutual of Omaha as the primary banking provider for our Associations.

Below we have provided some Q & A’s to help make this a smooth transition:

Question: What happens if I have already mailed my check to the old P.O. Box address?
Answer: Association Capital Bank will be forwarding all payments to Essex through July 29, 2016. Effective July 30, 2016, payments will be returned to the sender.
Question: What is the new address for mailing payments?
    Answer: Send payments to:
      Association Name
      c/o Essex Association Management, LP
      P.O. Box 52330
      Phoenix, AZ 85072-2330
Question: What happens if I had direct deposit in place with my bank?
Answer: You will need to cancel the current direct deposit with your bank and set up a new one using the bank information provided on your payment coupon / statement.
Question: Can I still make payments online?
Answer: Yes. The new online payment web address is:
https://cabpayments.mutualofomahabank.com online payments will require a series of numbers / information for the initial set up. This information can be found in the scan line at the bottom of every statement; management ID is first, next 2 digits are association ID, then your account number which should be followed by your last name.
Associations that currently bank with BB&T as their primary operating account provider are not affected by this change.

For any other questions, send your inquiry directly to the Management Company using our convenient online submission form found on your HOA website, and we will be happy to assist you.
